I purchased these cards to use with children but have found that they also support those “young at heart” and anyone who needs a different way of relating to the cards and affirmations that are more simple in language. A treasure and very beautiful like all the cards!

These cards are so beautifully imagined and designed. I got them as a gift for my nephew in hopes of starting him with a mindfulness practice from a young age. While he is still a bit young to use them, (1.5), he loves looking at the pictures and selecting a card.
